Privacy Information
Last updated: October 24, 2026. This notice covers creditplainusa.com.
Who is responsible
Credit Plain is published by Juan Vegas, an individual based in Spain. Contact address: Calle Fuente los Naguelos, Villanueva del Rosario, Spain. For privacy requests, email juanveee7@gmail.com.
Browsing and website security
When you visit, the hosting and security systems may process your IP address, requested pages, request times, browser information and error or security events to deliver the website, investigate failures and prevent abuse. This processing supports the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Necessary security cookies may be used to check requests and protect the site. WordPress also uses authentication cookies for the administrator session.
Hosting and service providers
The website uses Namecheap hosting, with the United States server location selected for this project. Hosting, security and backup services process technical information needed to provide their services. Information may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. See Namecheap’s privacy information for its practices and contact details. You can contact the publisher for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to a specific request.
Calculator
The utilization calculator runs in your browser. Its balance, limit and target entries are not submitted to the server or saved by the calculator. Use example figures if you prefer. The website does not ask for card numbers, Social Security numbers, account credentials or credit reports.
Advertising, analytics and forms
Google AdSense publisher verification uses a publisher identifier in page metadata and an ads.txt declaration. This metadata does not itself display advertisements. Advertising JavaScript, analytics scripts, newsletter registration and contact forms are not currently enabled on this website. Images and fonts are hosted with the website. This notice and any necessary consent settings will be updated before new advertising or analytics services are enabled.
If you email us
Your email address, message and any information you choose to include are used to respond to your inquiry, handle corrections or deal with a privacy request. The basis for ordinary correspondence is the legitimate interest in responding to it; privacy-rights requests are handled to meet applicable obligations. Please do not send financial account documents or sensitive identifiers.
The contact mailbox uses Gmail. Sending a message involves your email provider and the recipient’s email service. See Google’s privacy information.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any applicable legal obligations. Technical records and backups are retained according to operational security needs and the relevant service settings. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for all provider logs. Contact us about the information and retention relevant to your request.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability or object to processing by contacting the publisher. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Links to financial institutions, official sources and other websites open services with their own privacy practices. Credit Plain does not control those services.
